Executive team



Yehuda Kaploun is responsible for coordinating strategic development and partnerships throughout the United States in the public, private and non-profit sectors.

Before joining Watergen USA, Yehuda served as Senior Partner in Kap Consulting Group and counseled companies seeking to work with U.S. Federal, State and City agencies. He served in an advisory capacity to large corporations, law firms, investment firms, and real estate companies across the U.S. and in Israel. His advice is sought after by America’s largest business and political leaders.

Yehuda has advised and assisted in many US crises and natural disasters including the 9/11 rescue efforts, as well as Hurricanes Harvey and Irma. A respected spokesperson and community leader in New York and Florida, he is sought-after for his opinions and commentary in the national media, including FOX and ABC News as well as leading New York publications.

Yehuda is Executive Vice President of the Moses and Aaron Foundation and worked with Nobel Laureate Elie Wiesel to serve children with special needs. For his charitable work, Yehuda has been honored by the U.S. Congress and Senate, former New York Governor Pataki, former New York Mayors Giuliani and Bloomberg, and the New York State Assembly.



Ed Russo is an environmental expert, author, entrepreneur, and a member of several voluntary and government boards. He serves as CEO of Watergen USA, President of the Florida Keys Environmental Coalition, Member of the Board of Directors of Reef Relief, Member of the Monroe County Climate Change Advisory Board, Member of the Board of Directors of the Florida Keys Community College Foundation, and Member of the Planning Board of the City of Key West.

Ed worked as an environmental consultant to Donald J. Trump and the Trump Organization since 2002, responsible for significant environmental improvements throughout the Trump Organization’s global properties. He began his career crusading against toxic polluting landfills in New Jersey and overseeing the projects included under the Federal Superfund Program. Ed is an expert in the design, manufacture, installation, and maintenance of industrial water re-use, reclamation, and recycling equipment and facilities.
